1I pasted blank text but I see a square/dot. Why?
Some fonts/apps render certain Unicode characters as a placeholder glyph. Switch to another character type and test again. In general, wide “blank spaces” (like U+3164 or U+3000) are more likely to render as empty space than zero‑width characters.
2WhatsApp/Telegram still won’t send an empty message
Some message fields trim or block invisible characters. Try a different character type and increase the count (for example 3–10). If it still fails, that field is likely filtering invisible characters at the moment.
3Copy doesn’t work (Safari / in‑app browser)
Some browsers block clipboard access. Use the manual text box (Select Text, then ⌘C/Ctrl+C), or open the site in your default browser instead of an in‑app webview.
4How do I make blank lines in an Instagram bio?
A truly “empty” line is often removed. Put at least one invisible character on each line you want to keep, then add a line break. If the app collapses it, try a wide blank space character instead of a zero‑width one.
5Discord invisible name/nickname doesn’t work
Some characters are blocked in certain name fields or by server rules. Try a different character type (Hangul Filler / Ideographic Space). If it’s still rejected, the field may be enforcing stricter validation right now.
6How do I remove invisible characters?
Paste the text into a plain text editor, select all, and retype what you want. In form fields, use Select All + Delete to clear hidden characters you can’t see.
7It works on Android but not on iPhone (or desktop). Why?
Different apps and keyboards normalize text differently, and some platforms apply different filters per device. If one character fails, try another type and test with a short count first (3–10).
8My game nickname is rejected — what should I try?
Some games block zero‑width characters or any non‑ASCII symbols in names. Try a wide blank space character (Hangul Filler / Ideographic Space). If it’s still rejected, that game’s name rules may not allow invisible characters.
9Will invisible characters break search, mentions, or copy/paste?
They can. A name that looks identical may not match in search, mentions, or when someone copies it. If you need reliability, avoid mixing invisible characters into usernames.
10Are invisible characters “safe” to use?
They’re standard Unicode characters (plain text), not code. But some platforms treat them as spammy or misleading in names and may block or restrict them.
11Do you store what I generate?
No. The generator runs in your browser. If you send us a message via Contact, we only receive what you submit there.
12How many characters should I paste?
Start small (1–10). If a field trims characters, try a larger count. For performance reasons, generation is capped at 10,000 characters.
